If you are unhappy with your order, please notify me within 7 days of receipt. Please do not send items back without notifying me first. We can discuss a refund.
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products that appear on my website. I cannot guarantee that the display of any colour on your computer monitor will be accurate.
All my pieces are handmade and may have irregularities that make them special and different. They are unique pieces, no two are alike.
The item will be refunded in full once it arrives at my studio in good condition. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean and UNUSED.
If your item arrives in pieces (broken during shipping), please contact me within 3 days of receipt. For a refund, I need photos of the item as it arrived IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Most orders are insured for their market value. Please let me know as soon as possible if your order has been stolen, lost or arrived in poor condition. As I make original and unique ceramic pieces, it is not possible to replace them, but an agreement could be made to make a new one.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Return postage costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
